"Indoor pollution sources that release gases
or
particles into the air are the primary cause of indoor air quality
problems."
U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) and U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)
"Dust mites in the air cause
allergic
reactions in an estimated 15%-20% of the population, and have been
linked
to the development of childhood asthma."
Professor Yogi Goswami,
Director

"Air pollution contribugtes to
lung
disease, including respiratory tract infections, asthma, and lung
cancer.
Lung cancer is the third leading cause of death in the U.S."
American Lung Association
"Babies' DNA can be damaged
even
before they are born if their mothers breathe poluted air."

Now you can have relief from allergens, dander and mold.
You might sniffle or have a
scratchy throat or watery eyes. You might think it's a cold, hay
fever, flu or a bad case of bronchitis. Then again, your not
feeling
well could be simply that your home or workplace is sick and it's
making
you sick.
After all, most of us pend
up to 90% of our time indoors. Experts are voicing new concerns
that
indoor pollution in homes and workplaces might be even more dangerous
to
our health than outdoor air pollution. while pollutant levels
from
individual sources may not pose a significant health risk by
themselves,
most homes harbor more than one source. There can be serious
risks
from the cumulative effects of these contaminants.
Your home may be teeming with
allergens such as dust, dander, and pollens; carbon monoxide can escape
from fireplaces and gas stoves; upholstered furniture houses live dust
mites; and pesticides emit noxious gases into the air. Mold and
bacteria
often funnel through heating, ventilation, and cooling systems; and
volatile
organic chemicals seep out of paint and carpets. Even common
household
air fresheners and cleaning agents can release pollutants continuously.
Good housekeeping alone
doesn't
solve the problem because contaminants are constantly being
reintroduced.
To be effective, you must deal with this around the clock.
Cleaning
up your indoor environment isn't just for the chemically
sensitive.
It is for everyone who is healthy and wants to stay that way. The
bottom line is this: if the air in your home or workplace isn't safe,
you'll
never be as healthy as you want. That's why it's not a matter of
whether you need an air treatment system, but which one you should
choose.
For over ten years we've been
researching and testing air purifiers. To our surprise, most of
the
products we tested were woefully inadequate, and many of the highly
touted
ones are just plain worthless (see October '03 and May '05 issues of Consumer
Reports)! Then we found the answer practically in our own
backyard.
The patented photocatalysis process was developed at the University of
Florida by Professor Yogi Goswami.
This revolutionary technology
goes way beyond the conventional methods that are currently flooding
the
market. The Airwise Purifier consistently outperforms the
competition
and sets new standards for the industry. Airwise is guaranteed to
protect your family from the harmful effects of indoor pollution.
Photocatalysis is a
purification
process so effective it's FDA approved for poultry processing (destroys
salmonella), pork processing (destroys E. Coli), and is widely used to
remove pesticides from fruits and vegetables. It not only kills
bacterial
cells, but also decomposes the cell itself. It has been tested in
both medical and industrial settings, and been proven successful at
eliminating
odors and impurities caused by chemicals, viruses, and bacteria.
Photocatalysis is equally
effective for purifying the air in your home and workplace. Use
it
where people typically gather to help prevent the spread of colds, flu
and other illnesses. This innovative air treatment technology is
desgined for continuous use so that you are guaranteed pollutant-free
air.
No other product on the market is more effective!
Airwise is based on advanced technology
Airwise is based on
advanced
technology that goes beyond mechanical filtration methods like
high-efficiency
particulate air (HEPA) and other methods like electrostatic filtration,
ozone, ultraviolet light and ionizers. Airwise technology
(photocatalysis
plus WisePointe) oxidizes odors, fungi, mold and other parasites, and
toxic
chemical gases. At the same time, it settles dust and other large
particles out of the air and destroys microorganisms like bacteria and
viruses.
Airwise creates inductive
warmth, drawing humidity into the purifier. When humidified air
enters
the target area, a photocatalysitic reaction occurs and superoxide ions
and hydroxyl radicals are created. As an added benefit, poitively
charge indoor pollutants are treated by the WisePointe technology which
generates active negative ions at an accelerated rate, thereby
enhancing
the speed at which dust and other airborne particles are dropped out of
your breathing space. Airwise technology works "outside the box"
sot it is not necessary for polluted air to atcually enter the
purifier.
This process significantly reduces allergens such as pollen, pet
dander,
dust and smoke; and destroys viruses, bacteria, mold and mildew.
So, why settle for stick
(grid)
units or noisy fan machines? Air that is not passed through those
units is never purified! Airwise needs no fan, so it's as quiet
as
a light bulb; and it has no grid or filter, so it requires no cleaning
or filter replacement. All you do is replace the photocatalytic
lamp
module once a year, with no tools required.
No fan: totally silent
No messy filters to clean or
replace
