---> The total for this particular estimate is $6290.00. <---
While no water system is totally maintenance-free, this is virtually self-operating and rarely requires maintenance.
When designing a water treatment system there are several variables:
labor hours, miscellaneous parts, tax, and whether or not additional parts are required,
such as tannin removal, water softener, arsenic filter, pH stabilizer, etc.
It is always best to have a water analysis done before ordering a system.
IF TANNIN IS PRESENT:
Tannin Removal |
|
2510 mechanical softener valve |
$850 |
15"x15"x58" tank |
$420 |
Brine solution tank |
$170 |
Tannin resin |
$640 |
Softener resin |
$190 |
Gravel |
$44 |
TOTAL (excluding shipping, tax, labor, misc.) |
$2314 |
Add to this labor, shipping, tax, and miscellaneous parts, for an approximate total of $2500.
Combine a tannin system with a complete ozone system, the total could be $8800.
LOWEST PRICE
Below is an estimate for a low-end system, assuming two people, <2 parts iron, no tannin, and normal pH.

|
TOTAL (excluding labor & tax) |
$4617.00 |
Add maybe $400 labor, plus tax, and the total is approximately $5000.

is that the pump must be re-built every two or three years, at a cost of around $400 each time.)
