ECOJOHN WC SERIES WASTE INCINERATORS
The WC series incinerate from a holding tank and operate with low flush toilets. They are ideal in any remote application where a conventional toilet is too expensive or difficult to install. These incinerators along with a low flush toilet provide ecological, economical, and logistical benefits as well as eliminate costly and potential harmful environment which is often associated with a standard pump out process.
ODORLESS
The WC’s unique design eliminates any septic odor and once the burning process completes all that remains is sterile ash.
EFFICIENT AND ECONOMICAL
One WC series holding tank is able to connect to multiple toilets and can also handle grey water (sink, shower etc.) making it cost effective where more than one toilet needs to be installed.
EASY TO INSTALL
Even though a complete WC System includes several different parts (tanks, toilet, and chimney), the installation process is very straight forward. The parts are prepared with connections and hoses which makes it a "plug-and-play" installation procedure. The built in macerator pump in the toilet provided can pump up to 10ft in distance and 3ft above the floor. If the tank is installed below the toilet, the distance increases.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
On average usage (in a 3-4 people household), the chamber needs to be cleaned out 1-2 times every six months. Simply open the clean-out door on the incinerator, remove a cap, and then use a vaccuum to clean out any sterile ash. The entire clean out process only takes a few minutes.
LARGE CAPACITY
The units have the capability to incinerate between 1 to 8 gallons of waste per hour (depending on model) and NO chemicals are necessary to add in the waste holding tanks before incineration starts.
SIMPLE TO OPERATE
The WC has a control board that is programmed to control the incineration process. If the unit is set in Automatic Mode, it will keep incinerating as long as there is sufficient black water in the waste holding tank. Since there is a waste holding tank between the toilet and the incinerator, the toilet can be used during incineration as long as the waste tank is not full.
SAFE
The WC series are very safe when assembled and used properly. In order to provide a high quality system, we have chosen to only use top quality materials that are made to withstand high usage and a severe environment. All WC models go through several meticulous testing procedures to monitor quality control.

Method of Operation:
After flushing the toilet, the low-flush toilet dissolves the waste with the built in macerator pump before transporting it into the waste holding tank - only 0.3-0.5 gallons of water is being consumed. Inside the waste tank, a sensor signals the level of the tank. If the unit is set in automatic mode, it will automatically pump in a measured quantity into the incinerator after a certain level has been reached in the holding tank. The incineration process takes approximately 7 minutes until completed. If there is still waste in the waste tank, the pump will automatically portion another batch of black water into the incinerator. This process is continuous for as long as the sensor signals waste in the tank. Once the tank is empty, the WC model sets itself in a standby mode until the sensor signals more black water in the holding tank and the incineration process starts over.
The WC series may also be set in a manual mode; by doing so, one can control the burn process manually and start and stop the incineration process as needed. As shown on the right, the WC incinerator is just one part of a complete system. In addition to the incinerator, a water tank, a low-flush toilet with a macerator pump, a waste tank, fuel (Propane, Natural Gas, or Diesel), and power are required.
All WC models have a control board that indicates the fluid level in the tanks and the status of the unit. It can be set to an automatic or manual mode. It also displays the current temperature, hours left before service needed, or if there are any error messages. For regular usage, the WC models only have to be emptied periodically. The remaining ash is sterile and it can easily be vacuumed out by a ShopVac. To access the burn chamber, the WC units are equipped with an access door and may be opened from the outside of the unit. Simply vacuum the sterile ashes. In addition to cleaning ashes, one must ensure to maintain water and fuel levels.
